Leif Dahlgren
Leif Evert Dahlgren (born February 6, 1906 in Lund , † April 16, 1998 in Askim ) was a Swedish decathlete .
In 1934 he won silver at the European Athletics Championships in Turin . At the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin, he broke off the competition after nine disciplines.
Four times he was Swedish champion in the decathlon (1931-1934) and in the pentathlon (1932, 1933, 1935, 1936), twice in the standing vault and once over 400 m hurdles .
