Lendersdorf-Krauthausen was a municipality in the Düren district in North Rhine-Westphalia until 1969 . Today Lendersdorf-Krauthausen is a district of the city of Düren in the Düren district .

Lendersdorf-Krauthausen consists of the two places Krauthausen and Lendersdorf , which are located in the south of the city of Düren and are separated by the Rur . Today Krauthausen belongs to the Düren district of Niederau-Krauthausen and Lendersdorf to the district of Lendersdorf-Berzbuir-Kufferath .

history

Since the 19th century, Lendersdorf-Krauthausen formed a rural community in the Birgel mayor's office (from 1928 Amt Birgel ) in the Düren district. On July 1, 1969, the municipality was incorporated into the municipality of Lendersdorf by the law on the reorganization of municipalities in the Düren district. The short-lived community of Lendersdorf in turn became part of the city of Düren on January 1, 1972.
