Lene Maria Christensen (born April 10, 1972 in Hillerød , Denmark ) is a Danish actress .

biography

From 1995 to 1999 she trained as an actor at the Statens Teaterskole (State Theater School) in Copenhagen. After that she had a few appearances at various Danish theaters. She made her debut as a stage actress at Det Danske Teater in the play Skærmydsler (Skirmishes). She had her breakthrough in 2000 as Constanze Weber in Amadeus in Østre Gasværk (Ost- Gasværk ) in 2001. In the theater she had the roles in 2003 as Julie in norway.today at Husets Teater and in 2005 as Isabella in Lige for lige in Grønnegårdsteatret . In 2007 she played Yvonne in the Olsen Gang - musical Olsen Banden og den russiske juvel (The Olsen Gang and the Russian Jewel) in the Glass Hall in Tivoli. Furthermore she worked as an actress in several Danish film and television productions . She had some important roles on television in the series Hotellet and Forsvar as well as in the films Frygtelig lykkelig , Fidibus and Marie Krøyer .

Lene Maria Christensen married the illustrator Anders Bach Petersen on September 17, 1995.
