Lars Gerhard Lennart Ekdahl (born December 8, 1912 in Nacka , † September 15, 2005 in Saltsjöbaden ) was a Swedish sailor .
successes
Lennart Ekdahl, who sailed for the Kungliga Svenska Segelsällskapet , took part in the 6-meter class at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin . He sailed under Sven Salén on the May Be and scored 62 total points with two wins in seven races. The May Be , whose other crew consisted of Torsten Lord , Martin Hindorff and Dagmar Salén , closed the one in the Düsternbrook Olympic harbor in Kiel The regatta taking place in third place behind Great Britain and Norway and won the bronze medal.
