Leo von Klenze Medal
The Leo von Klenze Medal has been awarded by the Supreme Building Authority in the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior since 1996 for outstanding achievements in architecture, residential and urban development and civil engineering.
It is named after the architect Leo von Klenze . The medal was designed by Friedrich Brenner . On the front it shows the portrait of Leo von Klenze in connection with a section through the Liberation Hall near Kelheim. The medal has a floral element and the dedication text on the reverse.
