Leopold Hruza

Leopold Hruza (born November 5, 1852 - † January 6, 1924 ) was district chairman of the 10th Viennese district of Favoriten .

Leopold Hruza was a master carpenter and lived at Favoritenstrasse 181. As a Christian Socialist, he was a member of the Favoriten district council for many years, where he became a councilor and head of the mediation office for the 10th district. From 1903 to 1918 he was district chairman. Hruza was a member of the building committee for the Antonskirche and was the bearer of the papal cross of honor Pro Ecclesia et Porit . He was buried in the Vienna Central Cemetery .

He was awarded the Austrian Civil Merit Cross.
