Les Moulins is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .
It is located in the administrative region of Lanaudière and consists of two subordinate administrative units. The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Terrebonne .
