Lester Benjamin
Lester Benjamin (born September 14, 1963 ) is a former long jumper and sprinter from Antigua and Barbuda .
In 1983 he reached the quarter-finals at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki over 100 m and was eliminated in the long jump in qualification. At the Pan American Games in Caracas , he was fourth in the long jump.
At the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, he failed in the long jump in the first round and reached the semi-finals in the 4 x 100 meter relay .
In 1987 he came in 14th place in the long jump of the World Indoor Championships in Indianapolis . In the same discipline he was fourth again at the Pan American Games in Indianapolis , while he failed to qualify at the World Cup in Rome .
