The Letov Š-12 is a single-engine, single-seat high- wing aircraft that was developed as a fighter plane in Czechoslovakia . The wing was taken over from the Letov Š-3 . The first flight of the machine took place in 1924. The construction was carried out by Alois Šmolík .

Only a prototype of this type was made and delivered to the Czechoslovak Army . Like the Letov Š-3, this type was unsuccessful.
