Levelwood is a district and a settlement of the same name on St. Helena . The Levelwood district has 369 inhabitants (as of 2016) on an area of ​​14.76 square kilometers .

Most of Levelwood's residents are followers of Jehovah's Witnesses . It is the only district that does not have an Anglican Church. The school, which was closed at the beginning of the 1990s, is now the parish hall .

The Rock Rose house, which was built before 1705, is historically significant .

The last houses in the district were only connected to the public electricity grid in 2009. The St. Helena airport located partially in the field of Level Wood.

In the Levelwood district is the bellstone , a boulder made of trachyandesite that sounds like a bell when struck .
