Lindolfo Delgado Garza (* 31 December 1994 in Linares , Nuevo Leon , Mexico ) is a Mexican professional boxer in the Light Welterweight .

Amateur career

He started boxing in 2004 and won 139 of 154 amateur fights. In the lightweight he won the Mexican Nations Olympics in 2012, the Pan American Sports Festival in 2014, and the silver medal at the Central American and Caribbean Games in 2014 and the Pan American Games in 2015 . At the 2016 Olympic qualification tournament in Venezuela , he won the final against Amnat Ruenroeng early and qualified for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . There he was defeated in the first fight against Carmine Tommasone .

He was also a participant in the World Championships in 2013 (round of 16) and 2015 (preliminary round).

Professional career

He signed a professional contract with Ringstar Sports from promoter Richard Schaefer in January 2017 . He made his professional debut on April 9, 2017 in Los Angeles .
