Lindsey Marie Morgan (born February 27, 1990 in Georgia ) is an American actress .

life and career

Morgan was born in February 1990 in the state of Georgia to George Morgan and Alice Burciaga and grew up in Houston , Texas . She is of Irish and Mexican descent.

Morgan began her acting career in college. She moved to Los Angeles to turn her passion for acting into a profession. In 2011, Hollywood became aware of Morgan and she was cast for the lead role in the film DisCONNECTED and for the supporting role of Alexis Spencer in Detention . This was followed by guest roles in the television series Supah Ninjas , How I Met Your Mother and Happy Endings .

Her first major role, which she made known in the United States, was in the ABC - Daily-Soap General Hospital . There she could be seen from May 25, 2012 to March 4, 2013 in the lead role of Kristina Davis . For this role she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in the category Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series in 2013. After leaving, she had a guest appearance on Franklin & Bash and the lead role of Lauren in the web series Destroy the Alpha Gammas . She starred as Noemi in the 2013 horror comedy Chastity Bites .

Since March 2014 Morgan has played the supporting role of Raven Reyes in The-CW - drama series The 100 , which was expanded to a leading role for the second season.
