LisaRaye McCoy (born September 23, 1966 in Chicago , Illinois ) is an American actress .

life and career

LisaRaye McCoy was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1966. She attended Eastern Illinois University . Her younger half-sister is the American rapper Da Brat . She was married twice. In her first marriage she went with former NFL - Football poker players Tony Martin of the New York Jets one of 23 September 1992 to 31 March 1994th She then married the Minister of the Turks and Caicos Islands Michael E. Misick on April 8, 2006. This marriage was divorced on December 21, 2008. Their daughter, who was born on December 20, 1989, comes from a previous relationship.
