The Prince of Hohenzollern, Leopold von Hohenzollern had a virile voice, the Prince of Fürstenberg, Karl Egon IV. Zu Fürstenberg and Thurn and Taxis, Albert von Thurn and Taxis had another vote in common. The princes could and did so in the communal assembly. One member each was elected by the city councils of the cities of Sigmaringen and Hechingen . The meetings of the four senior offices in Sigmaringen , Hechingen , Gammertingen and Haigerloch each elected three members .
