The list of women's basketball European Cup winners includes all European basketball clubs that have so far won at least one of the two European Cup competitions organized by FIBA Europe , a sub-organization of the FIBA world association , since 1959 - the Euroleague Women (until 1991 European Cup for National Champions) and the Eurocup Women (until 2002 Ronchetti Cup) won. The Europe SuperCup Women will not be considered . All winners are listed in the first list. Another list gives all clubs with the respective total number of wins and the number of wins in the individual tournaments, and a third list shows the country ratings.

The most victories in the European Cups achieved TTT Rīga as Daugava Rīga with 18 wins. Three clubs have so far managed to win a European Cup three times in a row, a so-called hat trick : In the European Cup of National Champions and the Euroleague, TTT Rīga as Daugava Rīga succeeded several times, so that they even won the title 12 times in a row (1964 to 1975) . AS Vincenza (1985 to 1988) and Spartak Moskowskaja Oblast (2007 to 2010) each won four times in a row. Spartak Moskowskaja Oblast also won five times in a row across both competitions: 2006 the Eurocup, 2007 to 2010 the Euroleague.
