Datting

Datting
( location )
Ensemble Weiler Datting On the northern slope of the Lallinger Winkel, five properties converge to form a mountain hamlet on a loop that climbs to the wooded Rusel. The clearing, which was probably driven high up by the Niederalteich monastery as early as the 8th century, still determines the development today: the buildings from the 18th and 19th century shield themselves, dispensing with long-distance effects into the valley and unconcerned about the far-reaching view. Century, four of them still in block construction with protruding gable roofs and shot, on the mountain side partly dug into the slope and additionally hidden behind dense fruit trees, against the weather conditions; the two western properties were closed on three sides by wind-repellent outbuildings, the residential parts are oriented, with the exception of the eastern property no. 166, which used to be used as an inn. Despite the upturned new barn at No. 161 and despite the tough-looking new plastered building No. 162 on the western outskirts, the properties document an original way of settlement, especially in the interplay with grain boxes, baking houses, a death board row and the small chapel (new building) . location object description File no. image
Gerholling
( location )
Ensemble Weiler Gerholling The ensemble includes the farms in the hamlet of Gerholling in the “Lallinger Winkel”, the mountainous foreland of the Bavarian Forest that is open to the south. For centuries, half or a quarter of four of the properties and an associated Gütl were under the rule of Niederaltaich Monastery. The large, closed four-sided courtyard No. 140 from the first half of the 19th century, largely made of wood, dominates the hamlet's appearance. Three-sided and one-ridge systems from the 18th century and the first half of the 19th century, either entirely or only on the upper floor in block construction, adjoin to the north. A large, closed courtyard - the buildings massive and plastered - documents the farmhouse construction of the late 19th century at the north end. The edge of the village, around which orchards stretch, is completely undeveloped. E-2-71-130-2 BW

Remarks

  1. This list may not correspond to the current status of the official list of monuments. The latter can be viewed on the Internet as a PDF using the link given under web links and is also mapped in the Bavarian Monument Atlas . Even these representations, although they are updated daily by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation , do not always and everywhere reflect the current status. Therefore, the presence or absence of an object in this list or in the Bavarian Monument Atlas does not guarantee that it is currently a registered monument or not. The Bavarian List of Monuments is also an information directory. The property of a monument - and thus the legal protection - is defined in Art. 1 of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act (BayDSchG) and does not depend on the mapping in the Monument Atlas and the entry in the Bavarian Monument List. Objects that are not listed in the Bavarian Monument List can also be monuments if they meet the criteria according to Art. 1 BayDSchG. Early involvement of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation according to Art. 6 BayDSchG is therefore necessary in all projects.
