List of governors of Punjab (India)
The following table lists the governors of Punjab with their respective terms of office. On November 1, 1966, the Haryana area was split off from Punjab as an independent state. Since July 1984 the governor of the Indian state of Punjab has also been the administrator of Chandigarh .
