Former quarry on Messelberg Hallway Hoher Rain, Rindersteig, Messelberg (Flstnr. 572, 543) The former quarry on Messelberg is located northeast of Donzdorf. The yellow ocher sandstone , which was mined here until 1890, was used, among other things, for the construction of the Ulm Minster , but also for buildings in the surrounding area.

Courtyard Reichenbach unter Rechberg, Birkhof 1 Late 16th century The farm, which today bears the name Gestüt Birkhof , is located west of Reichenbach on a plateau of the Rehgebirge . The jumper Chambertin spent the last years of his life as a sire here until his death in 2009.
