1900 The Gaiser shoe factory was built for Hermann Gaiser according to plans by the architect Philipp Jakob Manz . As early as 1907, the building was bought by the brothers Max and Siegfried Levi, who founded the Württemberg shoe factory M. & S. Levi in it. When this shoe factory was relocated in 1912, the building was temporarily rented by the Erste Süddeutsche Propellerwerke .BW

Former electricity company Mörikestrasse 18

1900 The former power station was built by the company for electrical companies from Munich. The plant then became the property of Heinrich Mayer , who incorporated it into his Neckarwerke Elektrizitätsversorgung company . When the plant was connected to the pipeline of the Altbach power plant, the generation of electricity from the local power plant became less important. Then the building was the district office of the Neckarwerke for several decades. Today it serves as a cultural center.BW

1436 The Oberhofenkirche with churchyard is located northeast of the historic center of Göppingen. The previous buildings of this church date from the 6th / 7th centuries. Century. 1884–89 Beyer and Dolmetsch expanded the towers of the church.

Boehringer and Märklin factories Stuttgarter Strasse 50, 57, 58, 62, 64, 66 1935 and 1910 These factories from the Böhringer and Märklin companies are located on the western edge of Göppingen. The Böhringer factory was built by R. Barreiss, that of Märklin by H. Maas.

Former Württemberg shoe factory Faurndau, Salamanderstraße 27

1911/12 The former Württemberg shoe factory was built by the brothers Max and Siegfried Levi. It is a three-storey building that was built using the then still new technology of reinforced concrete skeleton construction. While Max Levi died in 1925, Siegfried Levi fled to South Africa as a result of the persecution of Jewish citizens under National Socialism . In 1936 the factory was taken over by the Salamanderwerke Kornwestheim, in which Max Levi was also involved. Shoes were still produced here until 1991. In 1997 Telekom Deutschland acquired the building, where it became part of a computer center.BW

Former collegiate church Faurndau, Stiftstrasse 16 1200-20 The former collegiate church is centrally located in Faurndau, near the confluence of the Pfuhlbach and Fils rivers . It is built in the late Romanesque style.

1831 The house is built in the late classical style. During a fire on the factory site in 1883, this building and a workshop were the only buildings that did not burn down.BW

Former Spielburg quarry Hohenstaufen, Spielburg corridor, Gsteinlich (floor no. 400, 413/2, 414/1, 414/2) The former Spielburg quarry, west of Hohenstaufen Castle , is a limestone bank from the White Jura . The limestone here has been mined over a long period of time.

around 1070 The Hohenstaufen castle ruins are located on the Zeugenberg , Hohenstaufen . The castle was built by Duke Friedrich I of Swabia . During the 12th and 13th centuries this castle was the headquarters of the Duchy of Swabia . From 1319 it was then owned by Württemberg . The castle was then destroyed around 1525.
