Originally rebuilt in 1663 with funds from the faithful (without tower and cemetery) and inaugurated on February 19, 1673 by Bishop Georg (György) Pongràcz . At that time, two bells hung in a wooden campanile next to the church. In 1886 the western tower with the western gable was attached to the church and the old western portal was moved to the outside. - Restorations took place in 1887, 1943 and 1986.

According to Dehio, p. 165, Nikolauskapelle , built 1693. According to Schöbel et al. a Niklos chapel was built at the location described in 1883 by the family Franz and Maria Niklos , which suggests that the building, originally listed as the Marienkapelle , was rebuilt in 1883 under the name of the donors.

Walk-in chapel, front framed by pilaster with triangular gable and three angel heads as decoration. Square interior with square vaults over shield arches , small arched windows on the sides . Apse niche with Crescent Madonna and Child, 17th century. Rectangular inscription plaque on the front of the altar table : HANC STATUAM / CURAVIT FIERI / IN MEM SUI PAU / LUS STANCOVIE / S • IN HONOREM / MAGNAE R M U / DIE 10 APRILIS ANNO 1693.
