In its original form, it should have been made around 1140. The interior is also particularly valuable. The so-called "Merovingian bell" is one of the oldest in the German-speaking area.

The focus of the baroque high altar is the altarpiece Maria Gravida , which shows the Mother of God in a pregnant state.
