The former warehouse of the abandoned Theresienthaler Spinnerei und Weberei AG is known today as the Hipp-Halle and u. a. a center of diverse cultural events.

The tall, elongated, three-story building with a flat gable roof was built in 1833. It has shallow corner projections and a central projection with a triangular gable. Continuous, high, two-aisled columned hall on the ground floor with square vaults above belts and groin vaults with ribbed ribbons.

The spinning mill building (object 18) was built by Joseph Dierzer in 1823 and an extension (object 28) was added in 1856. The tall, elongated, four-storey main building with its three (originally four) corner towers and the flat saddle roof has a smoothly plastered facade with cast iron clasps and is structured by pilaster strips and cornices ; Segmented arc window. The facade of the extension is adapted to the main building. Inside, across the entire floors, there are halls with cast iron columns as ceiling beams. The spinning mill building is an important industrial monument from the 1st half of the 19th century.

The chapel shrine is located in front of the staircase leading to the Capuchin Church. Behind the wrought-iron grille stands a Madonna and Child. On the outside, stucco reliefs decorate the chapel, which was built in 1752 by Wolf Adam Großruckher and his wife.

The building was built in 1839 as a saltworks and forest management department, from 1850 it was the kk saltworks and domains department. From 1926 to 2010 it was the seat of a forestry directorate of the ÖBf. Since 2018, after appropriate restoration, the property has been the headquarters of Raiffeisenbank Salzkammergut together with a modern extension as "Haus salzkammergut"

The founder of the Gmundner Capuchin Convent, the foundation stone of which was laid in 1636, was Emperor Ferdinand II. The architecture of the church and monastery was designed to be unadorned in order to do justice to the Franciscan way of life. Particularly noteworthy is the high altar painting of the Visitation of the Virgin, which the Tyrolean baroque painter Philipp Haller created in 1753.

As early as 1446, the "Sitz am Weyr" was named as a knight's fief that belonged to the rulership of Ort. In 1596 it was completely rebuilt, and in 1621 Emperor Ferdinand II elevated it to the status of “Free Noble Seat”. In 1739 the property was rededicated by the owner Karl von Frey as an orphanage foundation, from which the name “Woaslhaus”, which is still used in Gmunden, is derived. The KK Trivialschule , the first school in Traundorf, was located in the castle . It was closed in 1879.

The renaissance castle is now privately owned and houses the Weyer Castle Gallery, which mainly presents Meissen porcelain .

Already mentioned 400 years ago as the property of the Barons of Polhaim and Wartenburg , it was raised to a free seat by Emperor Rudolf II in the 16th century . In 1968 the building was converted into a castle hotel.
