The church dates from 1711 and consists of a vestibule and a domed central room, which is formed from five sides of an octagon and a segment. At the same time, the stucco work inside and a large carved group of calvaries by artists from the circle around Meinrad Guggenbichler were created . A few years ago, the curved roof shape was renewed true to the original, which required around 24,000 curved larch shingles. The church was donated together with the Stations of the Cross by a childless couple who were court clerks and who wanted their final resting place there.
