The second Viennese spring water pipeline is a 183 km long drinking water supply pipeline for the city of Vienna . It was built at the instigation of Karl Lueger and, after a ten-year construction period, opened on December 2, 1910 as the 2nd Kaiser-Franz-Josef Spring Pipeline .

The Lueger aqueduct bridges the valley of the Jessnitz . With a length of 271 meters and a height of 22 meters, it is the longest aqueduct of Vienna's second high spring water pipeline . The 14 arch positions have a span of 10 to 30 m. The aqueduct is located in the municipality of Scheibbs and the cadastral municipalities of St. Anton an der Jeßnitz and Gärtenberg in the municipality of St. Anton an der Jeßnitz.

An octagonal pillar from the first half of the 16th century with a grooved base. Above it is a square top - probably from the Baroque period - with a stone roof.

A hook-shaped two-storey building with a core substance around 1600. In 1869 the hammer owner (ironworks owner) Andreas Töpper bought the former rifle factory and set up a home for old and sick employees in it in the tradition of a " brother's shop ". A historical museum has been housed on the ground floor since September 1998.

The early baroque hall church was mentioned in a document in 1683 and consecrated in 1691. In 1760 the tower and the nave vault collapsed after a fire. The tower was only after the roof turret rebuilt.

The cemetery was laid out after 1785. In 1930 the cemetery portal was designed as a memorial for the fallen and missing of the First World War .

The Lueger aqueduct connects the community of Scheibbs and the cadastral communities of St. Anton an der Jeßnitz and Gärtenberg (see there) in the community of St. Anton an der Jeßnitz across the Jessnitz valley .
