The list of German ambassadors in Monaco contains the ambassadors of the Federal Republic of Germany in Monaco . The Principality of Monaco and the Federal Republic of Germany maintain close and friendly relations. Since autumn 2007, the German ambassador based in Paris has also had double accreditation in Monaco . Monaco is consularly assigned to the German embassy in Paris. A German honorary consul has been active in Monaco since 1988 (1988 to 2012: Dieter Späthe, since 2012: Timm Bergold).

Monaco, which only has a small diplomatic service, has an embassy in Berlin .
