List of Mexican films in 1940

The list of Mexican theatrical films for 1940 includes all feature films made in Mexico that year. There were a total of 27 Mexican productions this year. The information in this list is based on David E. Wilt's book, The Mexican Filmography 1916 through 2001 , which has provided the most complete filmography for Mexico.
