The Lithuanian Military Ordinary is a military ordinariate in Lithuania and is responsible for the Lithuanian Army .
history
The military ordinariate looks after members of the Lithuanian armed forces of Catholic denomination with pastoral care. It was established by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Christi discipuli on November 25, 2000. By mutual agreement between the Holy See and the Republic of Lithuania, the seat of the Lithuanian Military Ordinary is located in Vilnius .
