The Little Murray River is a river in the northeast of the Australian state of New South Wales .

geography

The source is on the northeast slopes of Barren Mountain in the Cunnawarra Range in northern New England National Park . From there the river flows through unpopulated area first to the northeast along the Waterfall Way (connecting road Armidale - Coffs Harbor ) and then to the north. After around 31 kilometers , it flows into the Nymboida River at the southern tip of the Nymboi Binderay National Park , about three and a half kilometers northeast of the small town of Bostobrick .
