The Lockhart River is a river in the Northwest Territories of Canada .

It flows through a number of the largest lakes in the northeast of the Territory - MacKay Lake , Aylmer Lake , Clinton-Colden Lake , Artillery Lake - and finally flows into McLeod Bay in the far northeast of the Great Slave Lake .
