Lockn 'Festival
The Lockn 'Festival , originally Interlocken Music Festival , is a four-day music festival that has been held every August (early September) at Oak Ridge Farm in Arrington, Virginia since 2013 .
The festival aims primarily at jam sessions and musical improvisation . The first festival from September 5 to 8, 2013 attracted 25,000 spectators.
The band and musicians who have performed at the festival to this day include The Black Crowes , Furthur , Jimmy Cliff , John Fogerty , Jorma Kaukonen , Tedeschi Trucks Band , The Allman Brothers Band , Gary Clark junior , Hot Tuna , Steve Winwood , Taj Mahal , Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers , Wilco , Willie Nelson , The Doobie Brothers , Jefferson Airplane , Dave Mason , Rita Coolidge , Doyle Bramhall II , Mickey Hart , The Wailers , John Butler Trio , George Clinton , Toots & the Maytals , Dead & Company, and Sheryl Crow .
