The Logan Motorway is an urban freeway in Brisbane in the southeast of the Australian state of Queensland .

It runs in the south of the city and creates a connection from the Ipswich Motorway (M2 / M7) at Gailes via the Gateway Motorway (M1 / M2) at Drewvale to the Pacific Motorway (M1) at Loganholme .

The motorway was opened as a two-lane road on December 13, 1988 and then expanded to four lanes in two stages. The first stage - from Ipswich Motorway to Wembley Road - was completed in December 1996 and the second - from Wembley Road to Pacific Motorway - on May 23, 2000.

The road is operated by Queensland Motorways . There are three toll booths: on Stapylton Road and Loganlea Road along the Logan Motorway, and in Kuraby on the Gateway Motorway. The western part of the Logan Motorway was called 'Metroad 4' until the Gateway Motorway was extended in 1997.
