London United Basketball Club is a basketball club from London , England . The club was formed in 2002 from the merger of the North London Lords with the Ealing Tornadoes and moved up in 2006 as the successor to the London Towers in the closed professional league British Basketball League (BBL). The club played its home games at the Hackney SPACe during this time . After a year he withdrew his professional team from the BBL and has since concentrated on offers for young players in the London Borough of Hillingdon around his home ground in Uxbridge at the Harefield Academy. In addition to its youth teams, the club has a men's team that plays in the 2nd division of the English Basketball League.
