The Loper Bach is a 3.1 km long, orographically right or northern tributary of the Agger in North Rhine-Westphalia , Germany .

geography

The stream rises on the western outskirts of Strombach-Lope at an altitude of 276  m above sea level. NHN . It flows mainly in southwestern directions. At Ötterstal the 1.2 km long Ötterstaler Bach flows from the east and in Oesinghausen , coming from the north, the significantly longer (6.2 km) Lambach (and also with a richer catchment area) before the Loper Bach a little later at 153  m above sea level. NHN flows into the Agger from the right .

After its river stretch of 3.1 km in length, it flows 123 meters in altitude below its source, which corresponds to an average bed gradient of 39.7 ‰. The Loper Bach drains a 10.017 km² catchment area via Agger , Sieg and Rhine to the North Sea .
