Lorenzo Prisco (* 16th February 1987 in Nocera Inferiore ) is an Italian football - goalkeeper , who since the summer of 2008 at Pescara Calcio in Serie B is under contract and currently on loan at Football Brindisi 1912 plays.

Career

Lorenzo Prisco began his career in 2004 with what was then the Serie B club Salernitana Calcio . He made his debut on June 11, 2005 in the away game at FC Crotone for Salernitana. In the 4-1 defeat he received four goals against and relegated to the third-class C1 series at the end of the season . In the 2005/06 season he completed three league games for the Campanian team and was able to deny all games without conceding goals. In the following season he groped his way to a regular place with increased stakes, but missed as 10th in the C1 series the return to the second highest division and was awarded in January 2008 to league rivals SS Juve Stabia .

Prisco completed eleven games there as the first goalkeeper and finished fourth from bottom in the league with the SS Juve Stabia, which meant that he had to survive two play-out games with the team to stay up. In two games, the SS Virtus Lanciano was narrowly defeated and the league was secured. After Salernitana Calcio no longer planned with the goalkeeper, he left the club and signed a contract with third division club Pescara Calcio .

In the 2008/09 season he ran in 16 games for Pescara, but he did not manage to stabilize a mixed season of the Abruzzo team and then only a moderate 12th place resulted in the Lega Pro Prima Divisione .

Since the signing of goalkeeper Salvatore Pinna in the summer of 2009, Prisco has acted as a substitute goalkeeper behind Gabriele Bartoletti .

At the end of the 2009/10 season, he was promoted to the second division with Pescara. In the play-off finals, the team prevailed against Hellas Verona . In August 2010 he was loaned to the fourth division Football Brindisi 1912 .
