Lothar Ibrügger

Lothar Ibrügger (born December 24, 1944 in Bad Elster ) is a German politician ( SPD ), MEP. From 1998 to 2000 he was Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Minister for Transport, Building and Housing .

Life and work

After high school in 1966 at Ratsgymnasium in Minden made Ibrügger initially the military service and began in 1967 to study architecture and urban and regional planning at the Technical University of Berlin , as which he 1971 Diploma - Engineering ended. Since then, Ibrügger has been working as an independent urban and regional planner.

Lothar Ibrügger is married. He has three children.
