The 35.6 m above sea level. NHN high Lotsenberg is located in the extreme south-east of the island of Rügen directly above the Baltic Sea near Thiessow in the municipality of Mönchgut . It represents a forested cliff represents and belongs to the 27 hectares large branch Südperd the conservation area Mönchgut . The Thiessow pilot tower is located on the summit , and a cemetery on its southern slope.
