Louise Ford (* 1984 ) is a British actress and comedian .

Life

Ford is from London . She studied English at Southampton University and then attended RADA , where she completed her acting training with Tom Hiddleston and Gemma Arterton .

Since 2009, she has made her first appearances in film and television productions. With comedian Yasmine Akram , she founded the comedy duo Ford and Akram , which performed its first live show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2011 . Known to a wider audience Ford was her role in the Channel 4 -Comedyserie Crashing on the side of Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Damien Molony . From 2016 to 2018, she starred in mockumentary The Windsors as the fictionalized version of Kate Middleton .

In 2013 she met comedian Rowan Atkinson while staging the play The Quartermaine's Terms at Wyndham's Theater . Ford and Atkinson have been in a relationship since 2014; their daughter was born in December 2017.
