Love Me Not ( kor . : 사랑 따윈 필요 없어 , Sarang-ttawin Pilyoeopseo ) is a South Korean feature film from 2006.
The film is designed as a melodrama and is based on the Japanese dorama Ai nante iraneyo, natsu ( 愛 な ん て い ら ね ぇ よ 、 夏 ) from 2002.
content
Julian made a good living on the money he coaxed from his wealthy female clients. But now he is facing escalating debt due to a hasty expansion of his business. He is to be killed if he does not clear the debt of 2.87 billion won within a month. At the same time, Julian's friend Jin also dies. One day Julian receives a call on Jin's cell phone that Jin's father has died and an inheritance is outstanding. Julian sees the chance to pretend to be her long-lost brother in order to get part of the inheritance. Min, the blind heiress who is just as cold-hearted as Julian, slowly opens up to him, and he too falls in love with her. But Julian has to pay his creditors. What exacerbates the situation for him is that the disease that took Min's eyesight breaks out again and is now threatening her life.
