The canton Jesberg was an administrative unit existing from 1807 to 1813 in the Marburg district of the Werra department in the Napoleonic Kingdom of Westphalia . The seat of the cantonal administration was Jesberg in northern Hesse .
The canton comprised 27 villages and hamlets located in the west of today's Schwalm-Eder district . It had 7,228 residents and an area of 3.01 square miles .
