Lucia Subano
Lucia Subano (born December 15, 1967 ) is a former Kenyan long-distance runner who had her greatest successes in marathons and half marathons .
In 1997 she won the Great North Run in 1:09:24 h and came second in the Frankfurt Marathon in her personal best of 2:30:01 h. In 1998 she finished second in the Vienna City Marathon and in 1999 fourth in the Venice Marathon . In 2000 she won the first edition of the Country Music Marathon . In 2001 she was fourth and in 2002 sixth in the Los Angeles Marathon .
