Lucie Pohl (* 1983 in Hamburg ) is a German actress and stand-up comedian .

Life

Pohl is the daughter of the theater director and singer Sanda Weigl and the actor and playwright Klaus Pohl . She is the sister of the writer Marie Pohl and cousin of the actress Anna Thalbach . Pohl learned to act in Stella Adler 's “Young People's Program” , from 1999 to 2000 at the Conservatory of Acting in New York and from 2002 to 2004 at the Berlin University of the Arts .

In 2006 she played a recurring role in the Sat1 series Friends forever - Life is round by Sönke Wortmann . Since then she has appeared in numerous television and cinema productions as well as plays in Germany and the USA. In 2015, with her stage program Hi Hitler! Premiere in New York, followed in 2016 by Apohlcalypse Now! . Pohl is also the voice actress for the heroine Mercy in the computer game Overwatch by Blizzard Entertainment (2016), with the exception of the German version in which Mercy is spoken by Farina Brock .

Lucie Pohl lives in Berlin and New York City .
