Ludwig Brunier

Ludwig Brunier (born October 20, 1825 in Schwerin , † January 18, 1905 in Lübeck ) was a German writer and literary critic.

Life

Ludwig Brunier came from a French family from the Dauphiné that settled in Germany in the 18th century. He studies at the University of Berlin and was awarded a Dr. phil. PhD. After completing his studies, he lived in the Baltic States and after his return worked as a private scholar and writer in Lübeck. The biographies of women stand out in his literary work.
