Ludwig Franz Kern

Ludwig Franz Kern (born March 26, 1815 in Backnang , † December 21, 1870 in Ellwangen ) was a Württemberg chief bailiff .

Life

Born as the son of a higher justice auditor, Kern studied law in Tübingen after attending grammar school in Ellwangen . During his studies in 1832 he became a member of the fraternity of the fire riders and the fraternity of the patriots . Because of his fraternity activities, he was sentenced to six weeks imprisonment in the Hohenasperg fortress . After his exams in 1839 he became senior actuary at the Rottenburg District Office and in 1842 office assistant, unskilled worker and assessor at the government of the Black Forest district . In 1846 he was appointed senior magistrate at the Ellwangen District Office , and in 1855 with the Biberach District Office . As a Councilor he was from 1869 to the Government of the Jagst circle operates.
