Ludwig von Boisot (ndl. Lodewijk (van) Boisot , French. Louis (de) Boisot ) (* around 1530 in Brussels ; † May 27, 1576 in the Oosterschelde ), Lord on Ruart , was a Dutch admiral.

The French Huguenot Boisot entered the Dutch service, became Admiral of Zeeland in 1573 , attacked the Spanish fleet under Requesens , which wanted to relieve Middelburg , in 1574 , burned the Spanish admiral ship and took nine ships, led the fleet in 1575, which led the Spanish blockade of Leiden broke through and brought food to town. While trying to supply the Zierikzee, which had been cut off by the Spanish troops, with food in 1576 , his ship Boerendamme capsized and he drowned along with 150 sailors. Like his brother Karl von Boisot, he was buried in the abbey church of Middelburg.
