Adam Kaspar August Albert Ludwig Freiherr von Diepenbroick-Grüter (born April 28, 1804 in Haus Marck ; † March 19, 1870 ibid) was from 1831 to district administrator of the Tecklenburg district .

Life

Ludwig von Diepenbroick-Grüter came from the Westphalian nobility of the county of Mark . His parents were Baron Johann Adolf Gustav von Gruiter (born January 27, 1779 - February 20, 1822) and Wilhelmine Eleonore Luise von Diepenbroick, a daughter of the Hanoverian Lieutenant General Ludwig von Diepenbroick .

Professional background

On September 20, 1822, he obtained his school- leaving certificate at the Bückeburg grammar school. He studied law and camera science at the University of Göttingen . In 1826 he passed the examination to become an official auditor and was hired on July 27, 1826 at the Lüne Office . On April 26, 1828 he moved to Landdrostei Lüneburg . He received his appointment as an official assessor at the Lüne office on July 2, 1829.

The district council of the Tecklenburg district elected him unanimously on September 3, 1831 as the first candidate for the Tecklenburg district office. He passed his examination for district administration on November 14, 1831 with the district government of Münster with "fairly good" and on November 19, 1831 he took over the administration of the Tecklenburg district office. The definitive appointment as district administrator of the Tecklenburg district was on December 26, 1831.

Diepenbroick-Grüter was chairman of the agricultural district association Tecklenburg, Knight of Honor of the Order of St. John and owner of the Order of the Red Eagle III. Class with a bow.

family

Ludwig's first marriage was on August 27, 1832, with Franziska Georgine von Alten (1814–1832). After her untimely death, he married her sister Karoline von Alten (1818–1842) on June 3, 1840. They were daughters of the Oberhauptmann zu Pulle, Karl Edmund Georg von Alten and Sophie Judith, née von Korff . The two marriages resulted in the following children:

  • Rudolf (1835–1890), Prussian government assistant ⚭ 1863 Dorothea Rickmers (* 1841)
  • Otto (1841–1919), Prussian lieutenant colonel ret. D. ⚭ 1879 Elise von Arnim (1857–1899) from the Nechlin company
  • Eva Alone Elise (* 1842)
