history
The three-storey saddle roof building was built in 1901–1902 by Gottfried Bösch. In addition to the property at Von-Hessing-Straße 2, it is one of the properties with a stucco facade from the Wilhelminian era ; the majority of the properties in the village are characterized by house decor. Unequal bay windows are attached to the ends of the street front . The elaborate, volute gable window crowns on the first floor identify it as a piano nobile . On the window tracks and at the bottom view of the cornice is Baroque-style stucco trim attached.
The property now houses apartments and shops.
