history
The property dates from the time of the original development on Ludwigstrasse. At its core, it was built around 1830 as a half-hipped roof building in the Biedermeier style with a courtyard entrance that has now been built over and which, like the house entrance, was in the space between the neighboring house. The original shape of the window is still partially present on the ground floor and the eaves side .
In 1891 the building was expanded and adapted to the taste of the time. In the space between the neighboring house, a tower-like extension of the building was created. Furthermore, the facades were provided with pilasters , bosses and richer window frames, the gable side with a bay window and the roof with dormers .
Today the property houses apartments and shops.
