Ludwik Zięba (born March 5, 1953 in Koniówka ) is a former Polish biathlete who successfully competed internationally in the mid-1970s.

Ludwik Zięba was active for WKS Legia Zakopane. He had his first successes as a junior. At the Junior World Championships in 1971 Hämeenlinna , he was the individual behind Jan Tschauers silver medalist. At the 1972 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Linthal he won the gold medal in the relay race against the Soviet Union and the GDR alongside Stanisław Karpiel and Jan Szpunar . At the Biathlon Junior World Championships in 1973 he repeated this success with Stanislaw Obrochta and Jan Szpunar in Lake Placid before Finland and the Soviet Union. At the Biathlon Junior World Championships in 1974 in Minsk , he won relay bronze with Stanislaw Obrochta and Wojciech Truchan behind Finland and the GDR.

In 1975 Zięba competed in the Biathlon World Championships for the first time in Antholz and won the bronze medal with Jan Szpunar, Andrzej Rapacz and Wojciech Truchan in the relay race behind Finland and the Soviet Union. In the individual he was tenth, in the sprint he finished 36th. A year later he was twelfth in the relay race at the Olympic Games in Innsbruck with Jan Szpunar, Andrzej Rapacz and Wojciech Truchan. In the last non-Olympic sprint, which was held as a world championship, Zięba finished 47th.

Nationally, Zięba won five junior titles. He also achieved success with the men: in 1976 he won the title at the Polish championships with the national relay. In individual he was runner-up in 1976 and 1979, as well as with the relay of WKS Zakopane in 1980 and 1981.
