Luis Ganoza

Luis Ganoza ( Luis Ganoza Rios ; * 1921 ; † May 17, 2001 ) was a Peruvian pole vaulter .

In 1947/48 he won the Juegos Bolivarianos . At the Olympic Games in London in 1948 , he was eliminated from qualification; at the Athletics South American Championships in Lima in 1949 , he won silver.

In 1951 he finished eighth at the Pan American Games in Buenos Aires and won silver at the Juegos Bolivarianos. At the South American Championships in Buenos Aires in 1952 , he won bronze.

He set his personal best of 3.95 m in 1949.
