Luis Morgan Casey (born June 23, 1935 in Portageville , Missouri ) is Emeritus Vicar Apostolic of Pando .
Life
Luis Morgan Casey was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Saint Louis on November 29, 1959 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in La Paz and titular bishop of Mibiarca on November 3, 1983 . The Apostolic Nuncio in Bolivia , Alfio Rapisarda , donated him episcopal ordination on January 28 of the next year ; Co- consecrators were Jorge Manrique Hurtado , Archbishop of La Paz, and John Lawrence May , Archbishop of Saint Louis.
On January 18, 1988, he was appointed Vicar Apostolic of Pando. On February 2, 2013, Pope Benedict XVI. his age-related retirement.
